Ons meest veelzijdige model is de grand auditorium, Door de klankkast vorm is dit een perfecte allrounder waarbij strumming en fingerstyle speelstijlen evengoed klinken. Het geluid is indrukwekkend en als dit niet overtuigend genoeg zou zijn, is de bespeelbaarheid dat wel. Perfect afgesteld zal deze gitaar vele jaren plezier bieden.
Het geluid heeft een transparant middengebied dat heel vriendelijk en warm klinkt en tegelijk heel flatterend is. Hoewel deze G-40-CE van dezelfde houtsoorten gebouwd is als de G-20-CE, heeft dit model een geluid met meer focus en hebben de hoge tonen meer body. De hoogglans lak is hier ten dele verantwoordelijk voor.

Our most versatile guitar is the grand auditorium. This body shape offers a great all-round sound and the guitar can handle strumming as well as fingerstyle techniques. The sound is impressive and if this wouldn’t win you over, the playability will. All Richwood Master Series guitars are professionally set up before shipping. The sound has a transparent midrange that is very forgiving and will please any all-round player. The pleasing aesthetics, combined with the great sound, make this shape the most popular shape in the Master Series range.

Even though the G-40-CE is made of the same tone wood as the G-20-CE, the gloss finish makes the tone more focussed and gives the high notes more body. The installed Fishman Presys I pickup system complements this guitar perfectly. The acoustic sound can be easily amplified in the most natural fashion.

The technical and aesthetical advanced features include bone fittings, a double action trussrod, voluted headstock joint, cotton capped X-braces, mahogany back braces, high grade Derjung machine heads, USA D’Addario EXP16 coated phosphor bronze strings and Fishman electronics.
